Session Trial
The trial can be defined as a type of inquiry with the object to determine the guilt or innocence of the accused person. Warrant cases are triable either by the Court of Session or Magistrate, whereas the summon cases are triable only by a Magistrate.
Complaint
A legal complaint, or civil complaint, is the first document filed in a case, and it is often served along with a summons. The purpose of a legal complaint is to lay out all of the facts and reasons why the plaintiff decided to bring the suit, along with the case law that supports his decision to bring the suit.

Bail, in law, means procurement of release from prison of a person awaiting trial or an appeal, by the deposit of security to ensure his submission at the required time to legal authority.

Juvenile

Writ
Writ, in common law, order issued by a court in the name of a sovereign authority requiring the performance of a specific act. The most common modern writs are those, such as the summons, used to initiate an action.
